'We aim to run our busy tea‐room in as sustainable way as we can. We encourage visitors, many of whom are walkers and cyclists to enjoy, learn about, and care for the area by providing a lot of helpful information both on site and on our website. We support the use of local produce where possible, use eco-friendly cleaning products and have energy efficient appliances. We support community activities and actively make sure the village green is always looking it's best by discouraging use of disposable plates and cups'.
